Description

This course fulfills the DREC requirements for Module 1 and the NAR triennial Fair Housing course requirement. The attendees will develop professional business strategies that will both maximize professional development and ensure that the consumer is protected in accordance with current law; identify the most common areas of legal and/or disciplinary actions involving CIS, agency and fair housing; discuss the protected classes in the federal, state and local fair housing laws; delve deeper into LBJ’s Quote “fair housing for all”; and describe best practices in building an inclusive business plan.  Instructor: Barbie Miller
