New Member Orientation (NLSP Mod 1) / NAR Ethics

Description

This course satisfies the State of Delawares New License Module 1 - Professional Standards in Real Estate requirement. This course also satisfies NAR triennial ethics requirement. Materials covered in this course include: Concepts of the Preamble of the Code of Ethics, Due Process and Code Enforcement, Professional Standards Enforcement and Resolution Processes, Two functions of the Association in Professional Standards Matters, the Difference Between Ethics and Arbitration, the Processing of an Ethics Complaint, the Processing of an Arbitration Claim, and Discipline in Ethics Cases. A $20 no show fee will be assessed to anyone that does not follow the cancellation policy in order to cover administrative fee and materials that are being provided.
