Module 1 (ZOOM) - Agency and Fair Housing

Description

This course fulfills the DREC requirements for Module 1 and the NAR triennial Fair Housing requirement. It provides an in-depth understanding of Fair Housing laws and Agency relationships. Participants will explore the historical foundations and current requirements of federal and state Fair Housing regulations, including protected classes, prohibited practices, reasonable accommodations, and best practices for ensuring equal opportunity in all real estate activities. The course also covers the fundamentals of Agency law, clarifying the duties, responsibilities, and obligations owed to clients and customers. NOTE: A $20 No Show Fee will be assessed to anyone that does not follow the cancellation policy in order to cover administrative fees and materials that are being provided.
