Description

This course satisfies the State of Delaware's requirement for CE for Module 3 - Real Estate Documents. Materials covered in this course include: Explanation of Paragraphs of the Listing Agreement; Disclosures including Agency, the Seller's Disclosure for Real Property, Unimproved Land and New Construction, Radon and Lead Based Paint Disclosure and the CIS. Also covered will be the Agreement of Sale, to include: accurate buyer/seller information; deadlines; escrow monies; contingencies including financing and inspections; and negotiations.
