Description

This course satisfies both the State of Delaware's Module 2 - Professional Standards in Real Estate requirement and  NAR's triennial ethics requirement. Materials covered in this course include: Concepts of the Preamble of the Code of Ethics, Due Process and Code Enforcement, Professional Standards Enforcement and Resolution Processes, Two functions of the Association in Professional Standards Matters, the Difference Between Ethics and Arbitration, the Processing of an Ethics Complaint, the Processing of an Arbitration Claim, and Discipline in Ethics Cases.
